I am trying to disassemble the diopter group in my prism finder, but after unscrewing the eye cup (the rubber thing) nothing moves anymore and I am afraid to force things.
I think I am supposed to end up with these parts:

but after unscrewing the rubber cup, nothing moves anymore...what's the next step?

My experience is the diopters on my TLR 90, SLR 45 and SLR 90 and pop-up finder were all different.

I believe Eric From Rollei USA (he is a member here) should be able to help.

You need to use a lens spanner tool like this to unscrew the retaining ring after you remove the rubber eyecup. Be careful it does not slip out of the grooves and scratch the lens. Iff you are unsure, any camera repair shop can do it for you.
