Digital B&W paper is designed to be exposed via lasers and has a very much faster emulsion, it's impractical for enlarger use as the exposure times needed would be impractically short, less than a second even stopped down and it's impossible to control any lamp's output for such a short time, the ramp up time is too long.
They may need handling in total darkness.

Digital colour papers are again faster and have a higher silver content to give increased sensitivity, while it may be possible to use them the colour response is geared to laser exposures.

Dear Denis,

Ian is correct, not suitable for exposure via conventional enlargers and of course
its panchromatic so total darkness.
