Digital Negatives for Platium plladium (NA2)

I would like to start making digital negatives for platium palldium printing. Where do I begin? Is there a simple step by step process and what equipment do I have to buy? Can I use any printer? Can I send negative 4X5s out to be scanned and if so where? Thanks
