Digital negatives for AZO papers

Having just produced my first digital negative (yes!) it is not as tricky as I thought.
Question: how does one produce/find a printer (3800) profile for AZO papers that I will print from my digital neg?

Also, how long does it take for the ink to really dry on Pictorico film?

Making a negative is easy. Making a good profile IS the tricky part
