I like George and his honest and infectious enthusiasm. I also like that George shares his journey of learning the craft of photography, which includes sharing the errors he sometimes makes, in this case for a client. And I like that at a young age he's making books, publishing a magazine, publishing an active YouTube channel, and is apparently getting out there and doing some client work too. What is he, twenty? Outstanding. His positive attitude and willingness to work, learn and share will take him far. The pictures will improve with time and work.

Yes! He's going to be the keeper of the LF and analog photography flame after we're dead and gone.

god I hope hipsters and the like aren't going to start wearing Dickies...almost all the people I see wearing Dickies are people who actually get their hands dirty ie- carpenters/ framers/ construction etc..I also admit to owning a ton of their work pants and they're the best out there imo. A few are beat to hell but I love 'em.

...But why can't I get a whole gang of people to carry around my unique camera??

Unique? That stood out to me too. I suspect they can't grasp that there are many 810 cameras still in use. Maybe Carhartt will do their next campaign on 2024.

Dickies has been selling clothing to rockers, skateboarders and rappers for quite some time.

I'd have figured you'd react to this quote, instead:
"No doubt it requires quite a bit of manpower lugging around the massive 8×10 camera and all the slides."

:D

Still laughing over that one....
