Devere 8x10 enlarger in N.California (Devere 108s) + large format darkroom gear

I have re-located to Sydney, Australia several years ago and have a lot of large format darkroom gear in a storage space in Santa Rosa, California (about 1 hour north of Francisco). I'm going to be back in Santa Rosa at the end of July, early August to clear this storage space out. There are a number of large items that I will be either selling or giving away or throwing away if need be.

The largest item is a Devere 8x10 enlarger (its the Devere 108s model).

I used it to create 16x20 negs for contact printing from my 8x10 negs mostly. It has'nt been switched on for probably 5 years but was a solid enlarger that I loved using regularly.

There are other items including a large vacuum easel, densitometers (X-rite 361T and Enesco), A jobo ATL2 processor, majestic tripod, large Calumet Archival Print Washer, a dry mount press, lots of assorted outdated paper (including some boxes of 24x30 inch AZO).
