DeVere 5108

My school has a DeVere 5108 large format enlarger. I've googled and found a manual for it but it doesn't tell me how to put the lens on it. It was donated to us so I don't know if I have all the parts. It looks like something is missing as I cant seem to put the lens on. I already got by the fuse that was blown and replaced it but still need help with it. I know I will have more questions. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Looking more for a video so I can see what I have to do and all the parts.

This is the lens board with a 210 El-Nikkor mounted on it. The notches fit into flanges on the lens stage and a turn (maybe 1/4 or less) secures the whole enchilada. You can only turn it a certain amount as there's a stop to keep it from turning any more.

Having an extra part is sometimes worse than missing one. Good luck!
