Which are suitable developpers for Technical Pan? Wasnt it technidol at that time?
I was using Promicrol and was very happy.
Is that one suitable?

Have you searched "developers for technical pan" in the search box of APUG? This has been discussed a lot if my memory serves.

I posted a fairly long list of low contrast developers which can be used with this film. It has been only a few weeks ago. Search the archives.

You will find that exposing Tech Pan the same as for Pan F+ (or Panatomic-X) will yield excellent negatives of normal contrast. But develop for only about two-thirds the time that you develop for Pan F+. Normal developers work fine. - David Lyga
