Developing Rollei 400 IR???

The only developers I have mixed currently are XTOL and Microdol-X.
Which would be the best??? and time for a hand tank at 72F. It is about a cool as I am going to get it at this time of year.

Also aggitation? for 30sec at the beginning or 5 sec.

for Rollie IR sheet film (5 x 4 rated ISO 6 with a Hoya R72 Filter). I use Retro Pyro developed for 7½ to 8½ minutes @ 72° according to subject. Continuous agitation in a Paterson Orbital.
