First post, so feel free to move or delete if this is the wrong place to post.

I've heard that it is possible to take an image on photo paper, either as a contact print or with a pinhole camera, and develop it by using a scanner rather than through the wet process. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Now that is a really cool idea! Not sure about the developing part, but using a scanner as a contact printer might work. Would still have to develop the paper in chems if using regular paper. If using something like cyanotype heck maybe just using a scanner might work if there is enough UV light generated by the scanner.

I tried with a pinhole camera and it seems to work okay but longer exposures of upto a week or more seem better.
