I have been developing my HP5+ roll films in ID-11 with -20% time. This have given negatives that have good highlights. Not washed out.
Now I have a roll that I'm shooting at ISO 200 (rated 400). As I am a complete noob I would like to know if I (in theory) should change my dev time for this roll. As I understand it shooting at ISO 200 will overexopse one stop, which is good for B&W. Then I think I could still use -20% time since more time would push the highlights toward the higher end and an overexposed film already have highlights.
Or do I have this totally backwards?
