So I just developed a roll of TMX and it came out nicely, but everything has a slight yellow tinge to it (not the pink) - everything seems clear and not cloudy
Is this exhausted fixer? I made a fresh batch with the bottom of a bottle of Ilford Rapid Fix

I would definitely re-fix it.

check fixer-small piece film and put in fixer, after 30sec- 60sec,film must be clear ,fixer is OK.More like 1 minute-exhausted,mix new.
This film save if re-fix it.
Matt have true

TMAX developer and it's yellow cast in the shadows

You don't say which fixer was used, and how fresh, and for how long you fixed. TMax film normally takes 2-3 times longer to fix than traditional film, regardless of fixer type.

ilford rapid fix - fresh, but from the dregs of the bottle - 4.5 minutes

I use EcoPro Neutral, and it will clear film in 30 seconds, but it takes a full 6 minutes to fix TMax. I think you need to re fix with fresh stock.

I do always fix at 5 minutes without issues, sometimes i give slightly more time like 10-20 minutes above 5 minutes just to be sure, but i do always mix a fresh fixer, but now most of my chemicals aren't in use for years [2-3 years] so hope they are still not exhausted already specially the developer and fixer.

Refixed the negative and that fixed the problem. I fixed all my TMAX400 negatives for 4 minutes and it always looked clean, guess the moral of the story is not to use the end of the bottle after it sat for a few months
