Densitometer tr1224 and pc cable

Hi,

I wish to connect my tr 1224 densitometer with pc.
For that i need rj11 d-sub25 cable and soft.
Xrite don't support this densitometer and they don't have soft or cable.

Someone have information about what i can make ?
