Congratulations, Kevin. Next time there's a Melbourne APUG get-together you'll have to bring along a pram.

Congrats, Kevin!

Hope everyone is fine.

The photograph that is permanently fixed to the inside of your head is far better than 3200 could ever reproduce.

God bless...

Thank you all. Good luck, Soeren and argus. The one tip I've picked up so far, argus, is that a crying baby loves a walk.

Joeyk, I agree that the memories are the most important things.

The most beautiful time is when a baby falls asleep in your chest, enjoy it while you can!!!

I'd rather see it fall asleep on the mothers cheest so I can sneek out and make some photos
Well I hardly can't wait till the little one arrive.

Well, he was born on Saturday afternoon, and I did take a few pics after the birth. Two with the obstetrician, and a few later. Delta 3200 was the way to go. I was getting about 1/30 s at f4.
All are well.

Congratulations to you and your wife Kevin! How about posting an attachment to this thread so we can see the little guy?

Here he is...

Thanks all.

Hopefully this works. I have tried to attach a d...... pic.
The irony of having a new baby is that I haven't yet had time to process the Delta 3200, but maybe this arvo.

I processed the film and it looks fine.
I will try to post some prints when I get a minute in the darkroom between dirty nappies.
