DEKTOL capacity question

According to a chart on Dektol 1 Liter package, for RC papers, the capacity is 32 sheets per liter.

The question I have is, is this per WORKING SOLUTION or per STOCK SOLUTION? Since the package is for one Liter, and I dilute it to 1:2, then I can error by factor of 3 if I misinterpret this.

The capacity recommendation are for working solution. The guidelines are conservative and I never use mine to that extent. I rarely make that many prints in a session. If you stick to that recommendation you will be fine.
