I'm hoping that this is the forum for me. A place where I can unburdon my mind that is full of ideas. Can I tell my stories? Can I rant about a life lived in photography under the weight of a Deardorrf and a Majestic? It's about everything from pinholes to dye transfers and I'm looking for a lot of listeners. It's about photographing in the Mexican desert when it is 120 degrees. It's about documenting coal mining in Pennsylvania. It's about wandering the streets of New York, Paris and London seeking a photo statement( and a really good cappucino). It's all these things that are me. Are you with me or agin me? Is this my place or should I continue to roam this impersonal electronic matrix looking for a few good listeners?

You are in the right place..... we would love to hear about your Deardorf and anything else, film related you wish to talk about.

We are here for you. And welcome.

Howdy, glad to meet you. Look forward to any and all stories involving cameras, deserts, and cappucino. Post some samples of your work while you're at it ... they may tell us more about you than you do ...

Hello
From southern CA where the temps get to be 120 or better, and keep a camera in your car is out of the question...
