I searched Large Format Forum for Tanol and Sandy King advises to lower the Contrast Index to 0.5 for best scan. How can I lower the CI to there ?
Do I need to have an step wedge and densiometer. I dont have them but may be I can measure from 27 MB TIFF scan with GIMP If it is possible
I will use Polypan F and Leica Mini 2, 1/100 dilution , 24 degree , 12 minutes , per one minute agitation with usual ultra high contrast results but I want to decrease CI.

Have you tried the information on the website for Moersch Fotochemie ? On the bottom of this page there is quite a lot of knowledge under the title Additional information . I hope it can help you.

Mustafa, stop running in circles fretting over what you are about to do, relax and just shoot the danged film. The old mantra of "expose for shadows, develope for highlights" is easy, no magic bullets needed. If you want to develope for scanning, just shorten the time in development a little extra.
