Deal Alert - Powers Fotopanel 440's New at $10.99

I should have mentioned, "plus shipping" to your destination! I'm in the same state and it was 1/2 that for me to ship.

Wow, it's not like I need another temp controller. But if I ever do, $40 is cheaper than any parts I would need to make a repair. Thanks for the link!

I just received a refund from the seller with a note that the price was an error.... Sorry for stirring this up, folks!

There really was a Powers Photopanel deal about 5 years ago. An e-bay seller had eight of them, $60 each. They were unused but old. Mine needed new seals.

craigclu,

Seller wrote back to me, I was hoping he would re-offer to you at the price he really meant.

It's relisted now, he only has one. Maybe you can still have it? You can see the price is reduced from two listings ago.

Keep in mind ic-racer's tip that you might need new seals.

Blush... I already owned 2 of these (one used and one new one) but it was so cheap that I bought one (or thought I did). There was a chance I would be involved in a group, teaching darkroom project and I bought this one for potential use there. Perhaps he's selling one at a time as to not over-supply ebay suddenly with them? He's listed one at $150 which is still quite good. Aren't these about $350-$400 through normal distribution channels? Used ones with much mineral build up likely require a rebuild kit that isn't cheap, either.

Well, craigclu,

Sounds like you aren't out anything but time...

But mitch brown,

Sounds like you could use one.

Anyone who needs a temperature controller, I saw a good used one (I think it's Leedal) at my local camera store (Kaufmann's) and there's not a set price on it...

And maybe we can get it to you on the overland underground enlarger express...
