I need the space and am parting with a few "beast" enlargers including this one (the other one being a Durst L184). So up for sale is a well used but nicely running complete De Vere 507 enlarger with matching De Vere 507 Autofocus Closed Loop Dichroic color head.
System is complete with enlarger column, top mounting section and bottom height and focusing adjustment knobs, De Vere 507 Autofocus Closed Loop Dichromat lamphouse with power plug, De Vere power supply, De Vere voltage stabilizer, De Vere universal timer, microprocessor color filtration keyboard control and color analyzer, 3x 5x7" negative carrier and 1x 35 mm film adapter, as well as wall mounting brackets.
Unit has been just recently checked: all parts were connected and turned on and everything appears to be in working order. Power is supplied, voltage stabilizer reads positive (on datum), lamphouse and fan run, computer keyboard turns on and responds to input, however computer check reads "lamp out" so bulb needs changing (250 W Quartz Halogen lamp, costs around $20).
Your chance to grab one of the best optical color enlarging systems ever manufactured! De Vere enlargers are know for their sturdiness and all electronic components follow true to that tradition. This system is well used, but again 100% operational and will please its next user for many more years! I've seen a few operating manuals for sale for this particular unit and head on Ebay, so access to clear instructions to operate it shouldn't be a problem either.
Please note unit does not include any enlarging lenses or baseboard.
Enlarger kit is presently disassembled in multiple parts for crate shipping/transportation (column, head, and all other parts in one packing box).
