De Vere 504 Head Disassembly

I have a De Vere 504 MkIV head that has some rust on the outside of it. I'd like to pull it apart, sand blast the the exterior panels and and re-spray them.

Has anyone disassembled a 504 head, and put it back together?

No De Vere here. Is this a condenser head? Maybe a photo of your project?

I have a 504 MkIV color head, the same as the attachment. Has anyone completely dissasembled, repainted and then rebuilt this head?
