David Hobby's "Strobist" project came along at the right time to help me photograph the interior of an oil-tanker's giant engine room in one shot, "painting with light" with one hand-held Vivitar strobe, a fixed lens, and a few brackets of Ektachrome.

I was JUST Watching/Listening to him......was it on Film Photo Proj .?
He was Very Informative.
His site seems quite good, at least for somebody like me that knows almost Nothing about lighting.
