Some photographers had Really BIG careers.
David Bailey was among those that did.
As an amateur photographer, and somebody who would have loved to have been a "Successful" professional photographer..... i find these peoples success to be staggering.
It is almost like they had The Midas Touch with a camera. They started to photograph, and the dream got bigger and bigger with each frame.

I'm just reading a Leibovitz bio. The start of the book is funny, it sounds like she just sent some pics to Rolling Stone and next thing she was on assignment to photograph John Lennon. Strange!
BTW, I love how her flash work seems to look so natural. Is it as simple as taking a flash reading and closing down a stop? She is a great photographer!
