For Sale Darlot Petzval Portrait, with stops and flange

This is a 7" portrait lens that is good for 4x5 but vignettes on 5x7 at anything more than about 12 foot (wide open). The lens is complete with a set of Waterhouse stops from f5.6 to f128, though why someone would want to stop a Petzval down that far is beyond me. I figure wide open at f4 or so. Flange included. I bought this with a camera and Packard shutter and I already have more Petzval lenses in this focal length than I can get around to using. I like the fact that it has the stops, but I never use them on Petzvals anyway, so I'm selling it. Complete with original flange (not in pictures). B.F. & Co. on side, Serial # 32405

NOTE-– there is a dent in the hood, visible in the pictures. This should be easily fixed and does not affect the lens in any way. Glass is clean and in good shape (normal, tiny scratches, no faults).
