Any suggestions? I will be visiting downtown San Francisco next month Thanks Emerson

Keeble & Shuchat (pronounced "shuck-at" in Palo Alto has a very well stocked Darkroom department. They've always had reasonable prices, too. When Agfa was in business, their price on Agfa paper was better than I could get on-line. Knowledgeable staff.

Adolf Gasser's darkroom department was so-so by comparison (when I visited it last, several years ago). Perhaps it's improved.

I have not visited the others.

Calumet has Ilford papers and chems as well as Kodak chems. They have the usual developing tanks for film and things like that. Not exactly extensive but it meets my needs and the prices aren't bad... and whatever they don't have I'm pretty sure they can order and get pretty quickly.

Keeble and Shuchat. It is worth the trip to Palo Alto. They have two stores. The darkroom department is on the second floor of the the building on the corner. There's also a gallery up therew that is worth a look.

I highly recommend Keeble in Palo Alto. Their paper prices are even cheaper than most online stores (I know the Ilfords are cheaper than Freestyle; and they even have discount days!). Keeble is also well stocked.
