Darkroom sink in Boston

Someone (not a member) is selling a super nice, large, darkroom sink. He's in downtown Boston, on the fourth floor, and I don't think there's an elevator. My only affiliation is that I bought some other stuff from him and saw the sink. He has other darkroom equipment on CL also.
