Darkroom rental in San Diego

Hi everyone, have just moved to San Diego about 6 months ago and unfortunately have been unable to bring my darkroom supplies down with me (not to mention I have absolutely no space to set anything up in my tiny apartment). Looking for a darkroom available for use in the area. I live in South Park so anywhere fairly close to here would be excellent. I've tried using google but have not had much luck in my search results. Am I missing anything or is there just no such thing in San Diego? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I found that, but saw that it's "temporarily closed" on the website. Wondering about any alternatives. Might just have to find a new place with enough space...

Former San Diegan here (moved to AZ in May). I believe that Anton has re-opened, but by appointment only (I think he mentioned on his Facebook feed). I'd call the Rollov Film Center directly, he may not have updated the website yet. You may also want to check with San Diego City College I heard through the grapevine that they were attempting a deal that didn't require enrollment in classes (YMMV).

The house I left in La Mesa had a 1/4 bath with about 19.5 sq. ft. that I was able to fit a D5500 and trays for 8X10. Useable but cramped. Good luck!

One other thing, San Diego seems to have left the dark(room) side quicker than most places. George's (whom I'm not a big fan of) and Nelson's are the only places close to you that have anything in the way of darkroom supplies and they're pretty meager. There's a Calumet store in Escondido as well, but it's a helluva drive. Other than San Diego City College and Grossmont College there are not really any public darkroom facilities left anywhere in the County.

I use Freestyle for a lot of my analog supplies and because they use FEDEX ground, in San Diego it's almost like requesting next day service. Order before noon on Tuesday you usually have it before noon on Thursday. Of course it takes a day longer now that I'm in Phoenix.
