Downsizing a Perth, Western Australia darkroom. If it's not gone by 4th Dec 2011, it will sadly end up at the council rubbish dump. If interested, please Dead Link Removed me a.s.a.p.

Contact the local photography departments at the college or high schools. They will usually take donations regarding photography gear.

Yes please donate it if you dont find a buyer! it would be a shame to trash it. From what I read darkroom gear, and pretty much anything analog related is quite pricey and hard to find in Australia.

Also It would be very helpful for potential buyers and yourself if you posted the darkroom's main contents that are for sale with prices too!

Thank you jetcode and Newt_on_Swings. I know how hard and expensive it is to find good darkroom gear in Australia.

I'd be very happy to swap it for a good 8x10 large format camera outfit specifically for portraiture.

Hi, Nicole.

Any chance you can bulletpoint what's available?

Glad to read that you're sticking with film.

I recall you posted a list a while ago but emphatically didn't want to split it (a huge quantity of items) up. There were a few things there that I was interested in and I suspect others too - perhaps if you posted the list again and allowed us to pick over it a little before you bin the lot?

The Dead Link Removed has a darkroom still (unless they moved) and a couple of members there are definitely still shooting film. Contacting the club might yield you some local buyers.

If polygot was interested in some items (in SA) then I maybe interested in some of the other items (also in SA)

William is probably looking to add to or upgrade whereas I'm looking to set up.

A rough list of items would be great

Yes, Nicole, if you could please post an edited list from the original one with what's still available, we would appreciate it. Thanks.

Attached are digi mobile phone snaps of some of the dismantled darkroom. I'd prefer of course to sell the Chromega and Durst enlargers with corresponding items as shown.

Please Dead Link Removed me with a respectable offer if you're interested in some/all items. I look forward to hearing from you.

To settle any rumours... I'm a black and white film portrait photographer and loving it. There is another darkroom, this is excess gear.

Hi Johnny old friend, if I had one it would be your Christmas gift. Sadly no.

Awww, thanks Nicole! I appreciate the thought!

All the best through your long hot summer.
