There are a few that I know are open. I dont know what stipulations there are on them but one could try Salt Lake Art Center, Westminster, SLCC, and I am designing one for West Valley City.
Mine should be open in a couple months, delayed due to travel, but it will be fairly large in order to conduct classes/workshops/general instruction.
