Hi, guys!

I was wondering what could be the cause of these darker shades, usually seen on the left side of the film?
Used Rodinal @ 1+50

Looking forward for your inputs.

Welcome to Photrio.
Lens hood or filter ring or something else in the way.
If that camera has a focal plane shutter, it needs service.

Thanks for the prompt reply, Matt.
I'm also suspecting the lenshood;using a voigtlander Ultron 35mm f2. However, the dark corner seems to affect only 50% of the roll. Will try to test a roll without using a lenshood. Cheers!

if the camera has a horizontal focal plane shutter, the curtain speeds are unequal. Or in other words, the slit width changes across the film gate. You'll see it first on the highest shutter speeds. Time for a shutter service.

Hi!
I'm using a Leica M2. I haven't had it serviced since I got it. I guess it's time for some CLA. Thank your for the input.

I think that's just how the lighting was at the time. Otherwise, you're looking at a CLA to fix a balky shutter curtain.
