Not sure what happened to this poor thing. Front glass is all boogered up. Nasty. I couldn't clean it. Buyer beware if you think you'll quickly give her a clean and be ready to use or flip.
If you're thinking you'd like to learn to polish glass and try to save hopeless lenses, this may be your poison.
I didn't shine any photons through it on a ground glass. Suffice to say, it would probably focus an image, but the contrast would be destroyed. Maybe that was the effect someone wanted . . so they let vinegar sit on it overnight. Just saying. OK, you're warned.
$40 + $9.75 shipping in USA All else is perfect. Just the front light is screwed.
I am officially withdrawing this lens at this price.
So I took this upstairs and shot 2 images as it is with damaged front light, and then I did 2 images with front group removed and replaced with a simple +2 diopter. See below. These are done with outdated Efke 100 film on the big Century 10a 8X10 camera and then developed in my normal PyroChatecol developer. I think they'd have been even better done on paper to add more contrast.
