Dallas/Ft. Worth APUG gathering

OK. It is waaay past time for a DFW get-together. The Houston folks are leaving us in the dust.

I'm thinking in about 2-3 weeks.

Friday evening?
Saturday brunch?
Don't care (which means I pick)

Not a "shoot", just social. Bring some prints if you like, or your latest GAS attack results for all to see.

For location, I think we'll stick with somewhere in the middle of this metro-mess. Say: Grapevine. But, I'm open to persuasion. I live in Cedar Hill. I know guys in East Dallas, Ft. Worth, Burleson, and the usual contingent from Collin County. So, there ya are ...

Saturday afternoon is a lot easier than Friday evening.

When I'm at home, DFW is only 100 miles. I might get to see Mike's 8x10 camera.

Sorry. The in-laws will be in residence for the holiday. So, I'm going to veto that weekend. But, we'll get to something.

I might be able to attend on the 11th of july, or after. I'll be in Italy for two weeks in june and early july. Maybe I can make the drive from Houston if I'm not recuperating from the travel.

If we're doing this after the 13th of July I'll have a show up at the University of North Texas in Denton of palladium prints. Just a thought....

Yeah, that's really what it comes down to, isn't it.

I don't think I am going to wait another 6 weeks. I'll try to decide on a place and announce a date soon. Probably the 20th or 27th of THIS month, not July!

As for late July, let's all go see Jeremy's show.

I actually had to push it back so it should go up on the 13th of July and be up through the 31st. Not too many prints, just 9 images on the outside wall of the larger gallery we hung the first Texas Church Project show in a while back. It consists of 3x 16x20 prints and 6x 4x6 prints all printed in palladium.
