What do you say about resolution of above three medium.

Here is some data for lines/mm (lppm?) from p91 of "Image Clarity" by John B Williams.

Lippman-type emulsions........1000-5000
Microfilms..............................200-2000
Process films......................... 100-500
General purpose films..............30-100

Lippman-type emulsions were named after Gabriel Lippman, 1845-1921 but IDK about the relation to wet plate.
I believe that Daguerreotypes, having a very thin "emulsion" would have the highest resolution.
