Dacora Super Dignette E-B and its ISO setting and a weird thing in the viewfinder

I got an old rangefinder from my mother, a Dacora Super Dignette E-B, build around 1962. The meter window in the viewfinder is extremely small and sometimes it is really hard to see. It had a weird thing in it.



Aber after I was done, I noticed that I didn't set the ISO settings correctly, insetead of 400 it was a more like 350. But what does this actually mean for such a old and completely mechanical camera? I mostly used (or tried to) the "sunny 16" rule to judge the aperture for my next shot.

I'm waiting for the film I shot to return and I will certainly post one photo of it. I used Agfa AXP 400.

This wouldn't make very much of a difference even if the camera was nearly new and electronic, so I wouldn't worry about that. Most likely you had it set to the next near ASA setting - 320.
