Getting old.. memory laps around and around we go.
Ran out of developer so need to mix some more and so ordered only the Flexicolor Replenisher, parts A, B & C.
But need to verify,
You mix all three together in 4 litters of distilled water, and then add some more water to make 5 liters?
At what temp?
thanks p.
Yeah, initial developer is at a weaker dilution so you top off as the instructions say. Temperature is not critical but the instructions generally assume around 20C during mixing.
You should add part A to your starting water volume and mix until properly dissolved ( the solution will look clear and not cloudy when mixed ), then add part B until properly mixed - then part C.
When properly mixed, top up to the final volume and carry on mixing till done.
Ideally water temperature should be near process temperature ( 30 to 35 degrees C ).
Thank you both, we were quite exasperated with everything ready to mix when we found that the original url link, that we used in reference for the mixing instructions no longer existed.
But later, we did find this from Kodak, .. page 10 for those of interest, which gives the complete instructions for the 5 liter kit.
