Bill troop pointed out that the quantity of Potassium Carbonate should be 19.5g of the anhydrous as there is no such thing as the monohydrate. FDC 2020 p 74 (left out the sodium hydroxide by mistake).
Acuspecial FX-21 formula (Better than Rodinal!)
FX-21 developer formula for 1+14 dilution. All weights in grammes per litre. I do not yet have any development times. Component Amount in grammes Rounded Amount Metol 2.1495 2.15 Sodium Sulfite 30.0 30.0 Hydroquinone 1.0995 1.1 Phenidone 0.1245 0.125 Sodium Metabisulfite 6.15 6.2 Potassium Carbon...www.l-camera-forum.com
I believe this is correct except it should read 19.5g potassium carbonate anhydrous. What you want is FX-21.
All weights in grammes per litre. For T-Max 400, use 1+9 for 11 minutes. For slower films (FP4+, T-Max 100, Delta 100), dilute more (1+14). For Pan-F, dilute 1+19, try 8 minutes to start.
For 15x concentrate:
Component Amount in grammes Metol 2.1495 Sodium Sulfite 30.0 Hydroquinone 1.0995 Phenidone 0.1245 Sodium Metabisulfite 6.15 Potassium Carbonate (monohydrated) 22.035 Sodium Bicarbonate 3.9 Sodium Citrate 3.9 Potassium Iodide 0.0825 Potassium Bromide 0.33 Sodium Hydroxide 5.0

For a full explanation it seems to be needed to read right through the link given in post 51.
And no Sodium Hydroxide... Is that correct, Alan?
Not correct.
The formula linked in post 53 includes 5g sodium hydroxide which must be added.
Also the 22.035 g potassium carbonate monohydrate should be replaced by 19.5 g potassium carbonate anhydrous.
Alan, Mr. Caesar's FX-21 contains Sodium Hydroxide, the link to the formula you provided omits it. Which is correct?
