They speak about lo-fi. I guess some here might not like that...

I shall follow that magazine in the future.

Apparently low-budget, too.

I noticed that as well. But I took it to be a sign of some young struggling artist or group of artists trying to break into the scene.

I wish them well, frankly. I suspect, if we had a way to know, that in a few years it will have been a valuable learning lesson for someone, whether it's wildyl successful or a faint memory by then. And so long as they learn whatever lesson they need, it will be worth it.

Thanks for the mention

Greetings!
I am Val, the guy behind Cyan Shine Magazine
Thanks a lot for mentioning the zine here, I love APUG and lurk a lot here, but never thought I'd encounter a mention of my efforts!
Indeed, it is a non-existent budget undertaking and it is open to all analog photography, I do it just for fun!
The introductory issue is .pdf only, but from Issue 1 it will be print on demand.
So, hope to see you on one of Cyan Shine Magazine's pages soon
Btw, AgX, I am very honoured you would follow my mag, I think very highly of you and have followed numerous posts of yours with great interest!
Je bent super!
Kindest regards,

Val

Good luck to you, Val. I hope that some APUG people will enter the contest.

Thank you very much, Charles! I hope so too, even though the first prize is something small for a random contestant, something small for the lo-fi crowd
