And what a hell of a way to earn a living. I wonder what effect being constantly rude (and no doubt being told at frequent intervals by customers to go and **** yourself) has on the staff - do they all end up as alcoholics or suicides, or do they just leave all the time?Changeling1 said:You know, these guys have earned quite an abysmal reputation for lousy and rude customer service.
