Anyone had recent dealings with Photowarehouse and their custom cut Ultrafine sheet film?

I emailed them a couple of weeks ago, got a reply back and ordered some film. Haven't heard back from them so emailed a few times, still nothing.

Need to get some film soon, should I try elsewhere?

Just yesterday I received an order that I placed about 4 weeks ago. When I placed the order I was told they would ship in 1 week. On the other hand it did arrive and the price was good.

Just had an email from them today, the guy I was dealing with was away from the office for awhile. He said they're cutting film in 2 weeks time and my order will be done then.

Although not a recent dealing, I have used them from UK. I believe they do have 'cutting days' particularly if the sizes required are less common. In my experience they are good providing you are clear exactly what the required dimensions you want are.
