Custom camera parts

I remember browsing the web years back. I encountered a shop in NY state that custom machined parts. I wish to get a lens hood extension to a mirror lens im considering, to remedy the loss of contrast. Im planning to get it machined and finished in matte black, or made from carbon fibre. Do any members knoe of this shop/factory?
