On the first weekend in October, Craig Barber will be traveling to Project Basho in Philadelphia to teach a two-day workshop on the Cultural Landscape. Over the course of the weekend, participants will reevaluate the conventions of landscape photography. Students will obscure the line between documentary photography and landscape photography, by examining the ways a landscape is changed by the society which inhabits it, and conversely, how culture is influenced by the environment in which it exists.

Craig is a recognized landscape photographer working exclusively with pinhole cameras, however, photographers shooting in any photographic media/formats (toy cameras, digital, large format, and everything in between) are invited to participate.
