Ctein--low cost dye transfer prints

My print just arrived, and I agree with everything Michel has said. I've seen some dye transfers by Eliot Porter and others behind glass, but it is something to be able to handle a fresh one up close.

My prints arrived today, and they are beautiful. They are much more subtle than I was expecting, the tones in the colour is amazing.

Picked up my prints from the post office on the weekend and they are indeed beautiful. Couldn't be happier - now the job is to get them framed.

I finally got to see Ctein's "Competing Ferns," and it was very nice. It is unfortunate that dye-transfers will be a thing of the past in the near future.
