Just looking for a usable bare-bones working model.

It doesn't have to have - rangefinder, lens, or Grafloc back.

It does have to have - usable back, good bellows, smooth focusing, close-able front.

My poor-mans budget - $100 max.

I'm sure I have something you can use. For $100 it won't be cosmetically beautiful but completely function and reliable. Do you have a specific vintage in mind? Are you located in the US or British VI? Either way, the shipping cost might be prohibitive.
