CPP-2s, CPAs and CPEs

ALL have been discontinued and not available from Omega-Satter. O-S said they have parts and will service the machines which is good news but it's sad to the Jobo processors fade into history.

I thought they'd been discontinued years ago! Still sad though. What does that mean for drum/reel availability I wonder (if anything)?

The US is just one market. There are others and others seem to be able to get supply of new CPP and CPE machines.
I spoke to JOBO some time ago and I recently spoke to the main UK Jobo dealer. It seems that whilst demand is strong enough, then small production runs may continue from time to time. This happened with the ATL1500, one of the colour paper processors and the CPP and CPE. Now only the CPP and CPE.
If you have a US distributor who is really not bothered about keeping jobo going, then that is the probable reason for no supply in the US.
