It's a fine lens for landscapes, kind of long for portraits but certainly do-able. It's extremely sharp if that's what you're after.HI
Could somebody tell me about the CP GOETZ 19 " f11 ARTAR APOCHROMAT ?
Is this a process lens or a large format lens ?
I would like to use in in 8x10 for portrait ! Is that fine ? Thanks !!
What's lacking with your 360mm? IIRC, Karsh used both a 14" Commercial Ektar and a 375mm Ilex Paragon for 8x10 portraits.Hmm ok, thanks . So it will no be very good for my purpose !!!
What do you suggest to me for portrait ?? I already have a 360mm and also the Heliar U 300mm, but a friend to me told me to try de 480 mm for portrait !!!
thanks GKC ! nothing really " lacking " . May be the fact that I am very close to the model !! I like the close-up !! what was the lens used by paolo roversi ?
