It seems there are three for sale on eBay right now. I wouldn't name them "cover", they're usually listed as "cap".

I think you'll be able to find one on the used market. If KEH doesn't have one I would look on E**y. I'm sure one of the Japanese shops will have them. Just look for the best shipping.

typed in "rz67 ae prism cap" and I got results, however most of them are bundled with the ae prism. I already have the prism though.

You don't see them because USA are explicitly excluded from destination countries. I suggest you write to the seller and ask if he would indeed ship to the USA. Sometimes it's just a mistake.
