180mm f/4.5 W-N: cracking sharp, and a huge bargain. Usually under $200 on ebay. Has some of the best bokeh of the RZ lineup, I think. The de-facto portrait lens.
Filters: I'd probably try by looking through the camera with it stopped down. If you see vignetting, then that's too many filters.
Hoods: the 90/110 has it's own hood. It would work but not do much on the 180. The 180 front element is relatively recessed so it has a built-in hood to some degree. There's a hood marked for the 127-250mm lenses, so that would be the one to get for the 180. The 350/360 share a hood. The 500s have their own hoods. The 50/65 share a hood. 37 has a built-in hood.
