Hi. I have a Cosar 75 compuplus transmission densitometer. I need a manual or help using it. All the threads here are all very old/dead, so I'm starting a new thread. Can anyone help? Thank you.
I was refering to all the buttons that look like a hand-held calculator. My Tobais units are pretty self explanitory, but with those buttons, I think it would be hard to figure out. Have you been able to make a reading?

I am not sure how to power the unit on correctly. There are 2 toggle switches at the back of the unit. Not sure if one is main power and the other for the lamp. I replaced 2 AA batteries. There is no LED activity in the display, no matter what position the switches are in, we'll, except for one time, but I have not been able to get them to turn on again. I thought the batteries would resolve that, but it didn't. The lamp does come on. The buttons have no effect on the display. I do have the metal plate, and some sketchy procedures for calibration and use. The unit was free, and could be non working, even though the lamp does light. This is why I was looking for a manual. It looks like the Cosar 73 might be the same? Don't know for sure. Do you have any Cosar manuals? Thank you.
