I just developed the first roll out of a Voigtlander Perkeo bought a few weeks ago..
Well, I see this (ignore goofy exposure):
Leak from bellows corner, and not a door seal leak?
I am saying bellows corner, as I see a bit of fabric slightly out of place on (folded) bellows, top left corner of film chamber, looking from back of camera.
If it is that, I hope to reposition the fabric, with bellows deployed, and apply extra lightproof material.
I tend to think it's the bellows. The Perkeo has very deep overlapping light baffles around most of the film door so I think any leaks there can be ruled out unless something is bent. The only seal as such is a felt seal on the body adjacent to the hinge, if this has come away for flattened excessively it would be worth replacing.
Thanks, @250swb I agree with your observations about the deep door baffles, and also about the seal wear at the door.
I think there is plenty of room to access the faulty corner, on outside of bellows, and spot treat. Reading around, it seems to be a fairly common issue with this model, from my readings.
No mention of a light-leak test. Get your hands on one of those small LED flashlights (torches for those in the UK) and turn off all the lights in your house late at night. Extend the bellows, put the flashlight inside and turn it on. You should be able to pinpoint the leak if it's in the bellows. (Pun possibly intended.)
