Copal 3 Shutter Repair

Does anyone know of a good repair person for Copal 3 shutters?
I purchased a 360mm Sinaron lens and the shutter speeds do not work properly.
The seller claimed the lens was LNIB, and it does appear to be Mint.
Of course, the seller can not be contacted anymore ............

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Mike,

It's quite common for speeds to be off if the shutter has not been used for years.

The first/easiest possible fix is just to exercise it many times, like while watching football.

Run each speed 20 or more times, then assess the operation.
If improvement is noted, repeat the process until the speeds are OK.
