Want to Buy Copal #3 Shutter—Not Working

I'm wondering if there's anyone who has a Copal #3 shutter, preferably for German lenses—intact, but not in working order—that they'd be willing to part with. I'd like to find one that I could take apart and explore. Willing to pay some, but not too much....
